Lead the Maintenance Team Leads within designated areas on building systems and Asset Management processes/standards to ensure maintenance standards are met.
Oversee the recruitment and performance management process
Strong background in staff management
Ability to lead and manage a large team to meet productivity requirements while creating and maintaining a positive team environment
Work with Team Leads, Site Manager and Maintenance Technicians to ensure tenant satisfaction
Maintain working knowledge of environmental safeguards and alarm systems.
