Complies with all ASC Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH), Waste Management and Quality Assurance requirements
Intermediate or higher-level experience with Maximo or other Computerized Maintenance Management System
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Accountable for on time delivery of a weekly SITREP to the Facilities Engineers and Facilities Management.
Handles confidential matters (personnel actions, management reports, etc.) in accordance with management policy and with the highest degree of professionalism
Proficient in management of personnel and projects
