Basic Qualifications (required skills and experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, other technical computing or business discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proactively advising customers of new capabilities that can help them support their company’s workforce objectives.
Communicate with customer and internal stakeholders (including executives) ensuring that developed solutions are aligned with the requirements.
3+ years of experience in a manpower planner capacity.
