Required Qualifications And Other Job Requirements

Knowledge of the target population of Extra-Mural Services and available community services;

Must have a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition Sciences or the equivalent approved by Dietitians of Canada;

Must be registered and a member in good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Dietitians;

Must have a valid New Brunswick Class 5 Driver's License and good driving record (proof required);

Submit a valid and clean criminal record check;

To manage Operational risk, financial control, development of the team’s operational capabilities and to optimize operational efficiency.

Previous experience in a customer service capacity utilizing the telephone as the primary means of communication is preferred.

Previous experience in verifying the accuracy of contracts combined with the analysis of income and income sources is preferred.

Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems including Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet

Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Work in a standard office-based environment;

Fluency in English. Fluency in French will be helpful but is not a requirement.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field

1-3 years of relevant experience in an investment or financial services position

Experience in analyzing fixed income securities including corporate investment grade and High Yield, Emerging Market, and securitization.

Excellent research skills including an attention to detail, strong intellectual curiosity, and an analytical mindset

5+ years' experience working in Capital Markets and solid knowledge of Fixed Income is required

Secure, control and enhance the process for the regular upgrades and security requirements set up

Experience in ION/MMI or equivalent fixed income trading applications

8+ years of BA experience, IT industry experience preferred

Knowledge of SQL is an asset

Experience in settlement systems such as Broadridge

1-2 years of work experience

Accounting background or Lending experience

Income Lending Administration - MS Excel – Mandatory Skills

Responsible for handling end to end process of SL (Service Lending) income desk

Borrowers are obligated to remit income entitlement for all lending activity on entitlement date which aligns with payment to the lenders

Collection of un-tracked lending activity supports the Income department who ensure underlying client's entitlements are posted on entitlement date
