Degree in related sciences or business with a minimum 5 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical industry.

Line management of up to 2 team members and support their career development

Providing the Civil Service’s employment law advice

Using insight to develop and maintain stakeholder contact lists to ensure we are listening to and engaging the right people.

Proven experience in sales and a track record of achieving targets.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Visiting clients for all our new projects with the objective of selling a secondary project.

Conducting project inspections to assess progress and identify potential issues or obstacles, promptly reporting them to the appropriate parties.

Collaborating with the sales team, sharing insights and strategies for successful conversions, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

Strong Project Management skills and delivery

Good knowledge and demonstrated application of quality and risk management principles and tools

Breadth of knowledge and experience applying cGMPs and other regulations/guidance with an ability to interpret those in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated sound decision-making process; based on facts & data, and application of Risk Management principles

Ensure regulatory compliance is managed through flow of regulatory information to and from the releasing Sites as governed by Quality Agreements.

Degree in a Science or related discipline with minimum 5 years’ experience in various Technical and Operational Quality roles
