• Previous experience in a bakery or related field
• Experience in operating baking equipment
• Experience in decorating cakes and other baked goods

What is Experienced Baker Responsibilities?

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
• Follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Monitor baking process and adjust oven temperatures as needed
• Decorate cakes and other baked goods
• Package and label baked goods for sale
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
