Evening Bilingual Texting Supervisor Jobs

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, other departments, and external stakeholders.

Order Processing: Work closely with scheduler and day shift supervisor to track and prioritized planned orders

Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to fulfillment associates, ensuring their continuous growth and development.

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve operational issues, implement process improvements, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and quality control.

Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and workload;

Experience with heavy maintenance equipment (such as a floor scrubber or floor polisher);

Experience cleaning a school facility;

Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;

Basic knowledge of computer applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook), would be an asset;

Knowledge of facility maintenance needs and safety issues;
