Esl Literacy Coordinator Jobs

High technical skill using all main functions of learning management systems, particularly D2L Brightspace;

Skilled in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop);

Demonstrated skill and good judgment in selection of appropriate teaching materials;

Excellent research and critical thinking skills;

The demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines;

The organizational skills to take a project from an initial idea through delivery, working under pressure, with minimal supervision.

• Previous experience coaching/tutoring adults with their digital literacy skills

• Ability to set and maintain boundaries with staff and clients and manage self-care

Temporary Part-Time positions starting July 31, 2023, till December 15, 2023

Hours of Work: TBD (Monday to Sunday)

Days off: days off is dependent on work schedule

At ISSofBC we believe in:

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Process client registrations, intakes, and outcomes tracking in our client management software.

Education and/or training in the areas of adult learning and remote learning

One year of experience delivering remote training (e.g. webinar, pre-recorded audio, video, online training)

Other duties as required and assigned by Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, including practical coursework in self-employment tax filing.
