1 year of set up machine experience

Setting up the next tool as well as all equipment operators that would be required to complete the production order

Confer with one of the material handlers so they are aware of a change allowing them to prepare accordingly

Responsible for starting the process and producing a first off QC approval

Worked in the plastic industry

Shift: 11:00am to 9:00pm - 3 month training (than nights - 9:00pm to 7am)

Responsible for management of drill and blast function across shifts

Liaise with and provide direction to operations about drill and blast sequence, blasting timing and blasting requirements

From 3 years to 5 years of experience with drill blast design

5 to 7 years of Technical and / or operational mining experience (e.g. mine planning, D&B supervisor, etc.)

Experience with CAD mining software

Experience with Blast tying software

Experience in grade control and quality management will be considered an asset

Ensure compliance to the Quality Management System and that ore quality delivered to customers meet product specifications.

Ensure compliance to the waste rock management plan and other environmental regulations and standards

Advanced knowledge of mobile equipment capabilities and production systems required

Manage social problems as they occur and administer discipline as required.

Analyse equipment and processes capabilities and develop production targets.

Remote mining sector experience including managing fly-in, fly-out (FIFO)

In conjunction with the LR and HR Managers, provide consistent operationally focused direction for the HR and LR functions on site.

Provide guidance and advice in the areas of organizational structure, employee development and training, salary/benefits administration, diversity and communications.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in progressive HR and LR roles with 2-3 years in a leadership capacity

Strong technical/functional knowledge of labour relations, employee relations and human resources.

Strong understanding of HRIS Systems – SAP Success Factors experience desired

Support temporary clinic organization and delivery, including inventory management

Assist in funding requests, budget preparation and expense management activities for the clinics

Knowledge of and enthusiasm for increasing services for remote communities without access to veterinary care

Experience working with remote or Indigenous communities

Veterinary technologist diploma with ideally 2+ years' experience in different clinic settings

Demonstrated skills in program planning and community outreach

Work directly with Managers for budgeting and annual planning.

Assist operations managers in researching their costs for monthly cost reports in SAP.

Assist managers in accounting of operating costs versus capital costs.

Facilitate monthly and weekly cost reviews with managers.

Provide Finance team inputs for reporting during month end.

3-5 year’s previous experience in a financial role.

Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment

Weigh resins, colorants and other chemicals according to formulae

Monitor and inspect quality of material produced

Place weighed materials in mixing machines

Unload mixture into container or conveyor for further processing

Set up and operate calendar machines to transform plastic bales or slabs into continuous sheets or films of specified thickness

Prepare and submit regulatory and IRB/IEC documentation as required per country requirements and Bayer QSDs during the course of the study

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities

Preparation, tracking, and distribution of site start up documentation including Investigator Site File

Obtain any required approvals for relevant site document (e.g. informed consent, financial disclosures) to ensure start up timelines are met

Extensive experience building out testing frameworks from scratch

Previous experience in a low-latency/high traffic environment

FIX Protocol/front office knowledge is a must

Proficiency in Python, Linux and databases

Hold solid understanding of manual automation
