Entry Level Stress Engineer Jobs in Ontario

Creative problem-solving skills, conflict management within different organizations (centralized and matrix organizational structures)

Support special projects as assigned by management.

Collaborate with different departments to propose best solution offerings to customers such as consulting engineers and contractors.

Ideally 2+ years’ experience working with engineering, manufacturing and distribution operations.

Minimum 1 year specification review and proposal creation experience; HVAC industry experience preferred.

Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) and Seradex (ERP) is a bonus!

Constantly improving skills set and sharing new knowledge with others on the team.

Participate in software design meetings to analyze and determine user needs are met with technical requirements.

Java programming experience developing web-based applications

Experience with object-oriented design and related tools

Experience with MS SQL Server, or database design a plus

Design, develop, document, test and debug complex and large-scale applications.
