Engineering Test Specialist Jobs

• Generate pump test curves for review and processing by the hydraulics manager

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• 1 to 5 years of experience with rotating equipment

• Pump test and machinery vibration experience is an asset

• Auto CAD experience is an asset

• Plan, schedule, and supervise setup of testing activities in coordination with production and engineering groups

Develop skillset of the team member

Providing feedback to the Product Validation Manager for continuous improvement and large-scale improvement initiatives

Organizational skills with ability and desire to lead a team of technical professionals

Knowledge of the product development process

Knowledge of the customer Ag business

Product knowledge of Seeding equipment (Air carts, drills)

Performs analysis of system, subsystem and software requirements to define validation methods, and test cases

Develops product knowledge through formal and informal training, OJT, and self-study

Conducts requirement analysis, compliance mapping, and integration/test programme risk analysis

Participates in planning, including participation in the preparation of V&V test plans

Performs integration and test activities in-house and at project sites to mitigate the key project commissioning risks

Performs commissioning tests in plant and at project sites

Technical Learning: Able to learn new skills and knowledge quickly

Decision making and judgement abilities

· Learn new skills related to product verification, validation, quality and reliability.

3.Software development skills (python, Arduino, Labview, C or equivalent)

6.Strong oral and written communication skills

7.Strong knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
