Engineering Process Coordinator Jobs

Relevant engineering experience, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods environment

2 years of experience in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering or any related field.

Minitab experience is preferred but not a must.

Working in teams and independently with appropriate guidance

Identifying problems proactively and creating and implementing solutions

Applying fundamental technical understanding to interpret and analyze data and to reach clear conclusions

-Maintain, manage calculations for customer productivity analysis

·Administrative support to engineering – filing, data entry, etc.

Administer quote procedure for new business and engineering change requests

-Receive information from customer portal(s), email, etc.

-Coordinate technical drawing, CAD data to support quote activity

-Collect and summarize quotes from suppliers/vendors to support CSL quotes.

Thorough knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Process Management.

Experience in process improvement, project management and infrastructure projects an asset.

Skilled at identifying customer needs and designing business processes and solutions to meet customer requirements.

Designation and or certifications programs is required e.g. a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or EIT license in Canada.

2-5 years of related work experience is required.

Above average skills with Microsoft suite of tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,

Demonstrated leadership and strong academic skills

Previous industry experience is considered beneficial, but not essential

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required for all roles

Studying to achieve a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering (or related discipline)

University Engineering student available for a work term beginning in January 2024

Currently enrolled in a University Engineering program and returning to full-time studies after the work term

Global management experience (strong asset)

10 years of experience in chemical and process engineering, with a focus on electrochemical processes and technologies

Must have experience leading engineering team (20 engineers)

Must have extensive experience with the process of business development and chemical machines

Strengthening and improving development speed by enhancing analytical and simulation capabilities in process engineering

Job Type Experienced - Exempt / Office

Manage P&L responsibilities, including project budgets, product cost improvements, revenue goals, and R&D metrics.

Develop and review technical product specifications to ensure performance, cost, quality, and regulatory requirements are met.

Master’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent with 7+ years' engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership.

Experience in R&D or product development

Lead, develop, and mentor an R&D and Process Engineering team, focusing on growth, coaching, and succession planning.

Implement standardized work practices that align with customer-focused product development.

Engineering Degree/Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and applicable work-related experience or hold a Certificate of Qualification in related trade.

Prepare presentations to engineering and management teams.

Assists in Special Material Runs requirements and Service Part requirements.

Support FEC procedure with specific outline responsibilities.

Pay: Around $70K/YR (DOE - Manufacturing Industry)

Must have 3-5 years of troubleshooting, repairing, and improving systems
