Excellent communication skills and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Coordinate event logistics, liaise with suppliers, manage registrations, set up webinars and gather feedback before, during and after meetings and events
Proof, edit, review, drafts updates and prepare meeting agendas, presentations to support the delivery of employee events and experiences
Experience managing relationships and coordinating the day-to-day activities of vendors, suppliers and venues, along with experience overseeing and tracking event budgets
Liaise with key stakeholders to request updates, information, and content for employee events, providing feedback where necessary
Must be a self-motivated individual who has a strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
