Knowledge of mental illness and substance use treatment.

Knowledge of psychopharmacology (indications and side effects).

Counselling and group facilitation skills.

Knowledge of legislation and government policies and procedures that relate to mental health and substance use practices.

Provides patient advocacy services with other agencies, services and service providers.

Documents assessments, care plan, observations, patient/family responses, outcomes/evaluation, and referrals according to practice standards and Fraser Health procedures.

2 years’ leadership or management experience, preferably in the veterinary industry.

Staff Management, provide leadership to a team of RVTs and ACAs, including on the floor assessments of workflow. Responsibilities will include:

1years’ experience working in a veterinary setting preferred

Good organizational and communication skills with the ability to develop positive interpersonal relationships in a busy, multi-departmental setting.

Post-Secondary Education in an Electrical background

5+ years PLC Programming experience with AB, Siemens, Omron and Mitsubishi

Experience with writing technical manuals

Responsible for PLC programming of equipment and machinery within the plant

Servicing and programming equipment on clients' sites

Support PLC/electrical activities in the plant and customer’s sites

Keyboarding skills of 25 wpm and maximum 5% error rate and data entry experience.

Ability to prioritize job requirements and work in an effective and efficient manner.

Grade XII and successful completion of an approved Office Administration program.

Successful completion of a Medical Terminology course required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet, Intranet, MEDITECH.

Ability to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays and on short notice.
