Demonstrated experience in project management, program design, implementation and evaluation.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly and effectively convey issues, reports and other deliverables to management.

Successful completion of a University Degree in Business Administration, Technology or related field, or approved equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong knowledge of project planning principles and experience with concepts, practices, tools, techniques and methods to lead projects and teams.

Demonstrated skills in implementing technology projects and ensuring sustainment into operation processes.

Collaborates with consultants, municipal partners and Regional staff for the successful delivery of projects.
