Driver Payment Administrator Jobs in Alberta

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to change in a high-growth business environment.

At least 1 years previous customer success / support experience, preferably in a card payments environment.

A passion for customer service and the ability to sometimes manage difficult conversations.

Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.

Support Clio customers who have questions or escalations concerning payments, this will include:

Topics related to making and accepting payments.

You possess a minimum 3 - 5 years of experience building a Payment Operations, Cash Management or Treasury function

You are highly organized, and have effective planning and time management skills.

You’re a strong problem solver with risk management skills.

Incident management and impact assessments (i.e. operational losses and process errors) including investigation, mitigation, recovery and reporting/escalation

You act as an escalation point for the Customer Experience team to investigate customer issues related to payments

You understand the impact of payment processes on the experience of Neo’s customers.
