Drafting Technician – Full Time Jobs in Manitoba

Good problem-solving skills, time-management skills and the ability to work well on their own and/or part of a team.

Knowledge of networking along with hardware and software experience

Assist support services team with office activities, which includes, but not limited to, data entry, collating mailings, cash collection activities.

Knowledge of hazards and safety precautions

Excellent oral and written communication skills, listening skills and the ability to understand and explain technical language.

Monitor alerts through a variety of platforms such as emails, voicemails, and parking software.

Excellent extended health care benefits

Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Technology Certificate from Community College or equivalent experience

Previous experience with Low and Medium Voltage electrical design considered an asset

Knowledge of Low and Medium Voltage distribution equipment such as transformers and switchgear considered an asset

Strong computer skills working with Excel would be beneficial

CNC and milling knowledge would also be considered an asset but not essential
