Overview Document Clerks are responsible for organizing, filing, and maintaining documents in an office setting. They may also be responsible for scanning, copying, and archiving documents, as well as ensuring that documents are properly stored and secured. Detailed Job Description Document Clerks are responsible for organizing, filing, and maintaining documents in an office setting. They must be able to accurately and efficiently process documents, including sorting, filing, and labeling. Document Clerks must also be able to accurately scan, copy, and archive documents, as well as ensure that documents are properly stored and secured. Document Clerks must be able to work with a variety of software programs, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs. They must also be able to work with a variety of office equipment, such as scanners, copiers, and fax machines. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of office procedures and protocols

Job Knowledge
Document Clerks must have a thorough knowledge of office procedures and protocols, as well as a working knowledge of a variety of software programs and office equipment.
Job Experience
Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
