Safely operate an end rider (forklift), including pre-shift and post-shift equipment check

Lifting and loading food and other products onto pallets (up to 80 lbs)

Accurately selecting products using a computerized inventory system

Able to work in a sterile environment on aseptic machines with sterile gown certification.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems preferred.

3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Excellent mathematical skills and proficiency in English.

Strong team player with initiative and organizational skills.

Supply chain or logistics education or experience an asset

Experience working with computerized dispatch systems, LoadLink, GPS Tracking, PCMiler software an asset

Direct working knowledge of operations, warehouse management, and transportation management

Diploma, degree or post-secondary education or equivalent experience

Communicates daily to Distribution Manager and Warehouse Manager on achievement of shift targets, shift issues and provides daily production reports

Plan warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization

5 years of work experience in a supervisory role ideally in a unionized warehouse environment

A proven leader with strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization

Previous experience using RF scanner not required but will be considered an asset

Shifts: 3:30pm-11:00pm; 5:30pm-1:00am (MUST have reliable means of transportation)

Post Secondary education in a related field would be an asset

Previous experience working as Warehouse Supervisor preferably in a food manufacturing environment

Valid G License and 4-5 years driving experience required

Overseeing receiving, dispatching and storage procedures for all inventory

Coordinate the most time efficient route plans to ensure products are delivered on time

Responsible for efficient operations of the warehousing and shipping departments
