Director Of Technology Architecture Jobs in British Columbia

Strong experience in implementing Architecture standards, Governance frameworks (like TOGAF) & Technical Debt Management.

Demonstrated project management abilities and leading teams through transformative change.

B.S. degree in Software Engineering or any combination of equivalent education and experience.

Proven success in budget management of large projects/portfolios and people/team resources.

Manage a large portfolio of projects in a variety of technologies.

At least 10 years of experience in IT architecture for a large organization with experience in leading an enterprise architecture team.

Work closely with Product Management and/or Tech Leadership to define and execute on a shared roadmap.

10+ years' experience in cloud architect roles with enterprise-scale design responsibilities.

Must have knowledge and/or experience with technologies applied to enterprises at global scale.

“Buy” vs. “Build:” Ratifies architectures that incorporate in-house managed development, integrations with vendors and integrations with 2nd party partners within lululemon.

Architecture skill/fitness alignment & promotion approval for all engineering and architecture job families.

Partners closely with DLT and delivers technology foundation capabilities and Architecture roadmaps

Excellent time-management and organizational abilities that facilitate structured work

UX design experience or knowledge of core design principles

Experience with both Professional Services and Product Development

Experience building and architecting complex digital tools and products

Experience building enterprise SaaS products and implementing software patterns; you understand how to make a customizable core product

Knowledge of software lifecycle, modern testing methods, design patterns, continuous integration, and Agile methodology
