HR Knowledge Development, Management & Maintenance

Support the education and transfer of knowledge within the team.

Deep understanding of data management, HRIS platform technologies (Workday preferred but not required).

Experience in leading various change management efforts – ideally enterprise change experience

Certified in Lean Six Sigma, Lean or Business Process Management

Effective collaboration skills with ability to get results and successfully manage through adversity

Excellent project delivery skills with proven track record to define problem statements, business cases, measures and then implement to deliver benefits.

Leadership skills that demonstrate Agency expectations of people management.

Resource planning and deployment, including forecasting of work and accurate recording of Activity Monitoring and Costing data.
