Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, including an understanding of cultural expectations in the context of developing partnerships and business relationships.
Have a demonstrated experience in planning and implementing long-range strategies based on learner needs, institutional priorities, and external developments.
Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Knowledge of fundamental human resource management systems.
Ensure adherence to funder’s reporting requirements and referrals.

Resolve customer inquiries, concerns and information requests relating to program areas, either personally or delegated through other department managers.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a workforce development setting.
