Minimum 10 years of progressive and relevant HR experience within a Retail environment.

Intensive experience of working in international higher education and transnational education including pathway and foundation programs.

Demonstrable experience in developing strategy and delivering targets within agreed timeframes in the higher education industry.

Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience required.

Financial management, review, and reporting.

Have experience with LIHTC income limits and rent calculations.

Effectively manage staff, operations, and financial performance of your community.

Be an effective listener who offers helpful solutions.

Ensure compliance with all Affordable Programs regulations and/or other federal, state, and local requirements applicable to the property.

You should be available for some international travel including remote areas in Latin America.

You have overseen large multi-million projects and are experienced rolling out new initiatives from inception.

Experience dealing with Government grant and grant reporting is beneficial.

You must be fluent in English and Spanish; additional knowledge in French and/or Portuguese is beneficial.

You will spearhead a new initiative and develop international partnerships with local communities, NGOs and Government bodies.

Experience in project management preferred
