Competitive salary ranges from $100,000 - $120,000 CAD (dependent on experience, certifications, and portfolio)

Develop change management strategies and plans that support successful adoption of new processes, technologies, or organizational changes.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

Brings 10+ years of experience in a communications role coupled with experience leading and building teams

Has strong interpersonal skills - capable of building trusted relationships across the organization, at speed

Advise leaders across the company on communications strategy, and represent the communications team at the executive level

Identify proactive opportunities to strengthen Wealthsimple’s corporate narrative, including building out and supporting Wealthsimple’s ESG/CSR strategy

Work collaboratively across teams within leadership, marketing, client success, investment research, product, and more to drive business goals

Excellent project management skills to oversee execution of complex media and public relations strategies and related budgets

10-15 years of experience in a corporate communications or marketing communications role in a complex, dynamic, knowledge-based environment

Leads and drives a customer-focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

Promote the Bank’s brand and manage external reputational issues;

Countries / regions / business units supported: Responsible for considering global communications initiatives and requirements within a limited budget

5+ years of experience in an HR leader role or similar, and demonstrated experience with Change Management.
