Overview A Direct Support Supervisor is responsible for providing direct support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. The Direct Support Supervisor is also responsible for managing staff and ensuring that all services are provided in a safe and effective manner. Detailed Job Description The Direct Support Supervisor is responsible for providing direct support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. This includes providing assistance with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and helping individuals to develop skills for independent living. The Direct Support Supervisor is also responsible for managing staff and ensuring that all services are provided in a safe and effective manner. The Direct Support Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing individual service plans, monitoring the health and safety of individuals, and providing training and supervision to staff. The Direct Support Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring that all services are provided in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. Job Skills Required
