Digital Identity Consultant Jobs

Working knowledge of Identity Management for Cloud platforms.

Certification in Information Assurance Management (IAM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Apply and ensure compliance with all appropriate security standards and alignment to regulatory access management controls.

Evaluate existing and emerging technologies and tools in the selection of an IDM service offering for the business units.

Work with Cyber Security team to continuously improve the security posture of our Identity environment while balancing a positive client experience.

10+ years IT Operational experience with a minimum of the following:

Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.

Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in Identity and Access Management advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.

Knowledge and 5-7 years of hands-on experience with key components of Identity and Access Management

Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff

Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of data analytics methods

Practical experience with conducting risk assessments

Familiarity with macOS and automated management tools preferred

Point of contact for IT compliance requirements for IT team

2+ years professional IT experience, preferably in HelpDesk or Identity Access areas

1-3 years of Identity Access Admin experience strongly preferred

Previous audit and compliance experience

Knowledge of systems security and troubleshooting

Experience in effectively managing client expectations, providing rapid responses, and navigating problem management workflows

Manage multiple environments, ensuring system are up-to-date, certificate renewals, and optimal performance

Knowledge of networking concepts: routing, subnetting, load balancing, caching, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS

Strong independent problem-solving skills, adept at discovering tools and approaches to tackle new challenges

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Work with some of the most experienced thought leaders in the industry

· Experience designing and implementing Okta IAM solutions

· Experience implementing Okta within an AWS environment

· Development experience with Java or Python

· Experience working in a consulting/client facing environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Forgerock, Sailpoint or CyberArk IAM design and implementation experience

Experience with technical debt prioritization and roadmap planning with Product Management

Contribute to engineering automation, management, or development of production level systems

Three to six+ years of engineer testing experience of Java/API applications from unit to E2E, ideally in an enterprise organization

1-2 years of performance testing experience of Java/API applications

Nice to have: Experience with CDNs / caching / security / routing rules / etc

Nice to have: Experience with application observability, system-level design, performance

Must have Experience & Skills:

Customer Experience (CX), Design Thinking.

5-9 years of relevant experience.

Good to have : Visual Design, User Experience, Prototyping.

What You Need To Know

Experience of privileged access management solutions and an understanding of secrets management

Interested in designing and implementing Identity and Access Management solutions, including joiners, movers, and leavers processes and access management.

Understanding of customer identity management systems (B2C );

Privileged Access Management (PIM / PAM)

Experienced in consulting and advisory discussions with clients and other consulting firms

Experienced in working with or leading medium to large teams
