Assist with new resident administration processes, such as entering residents into PCC, creating clinical charts, liaising with families and community.

Must have Advanced Marketing Automation and multi-media campaign management skills – loading, scheduling release.

Post secondary education in marketing, business or related field

Experience using formal marketing automation tools and writing professional content

Experience launching multi-media campaigns with emphasis on digital advertising and social media

Must have experience developing effective and engaging content

Medium to Advanced computer skills – specifically MS Office – Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook

Construction Industry experience or an electrical background is an asset

AutoCad skills is an asset

Project Assistant Duties And Responsibilities

Document control, paper flow and job organization

Organization and tracking of drawings

Work with Project Manager to develop, drive, and implement project goals

Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project

Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite

• Tracking project progress and preparing regular reports for management and stakeholders

• Assisting with the preparation of budgets and schedules for real estate development projects

• Coordinating the procurement of materials and equipment for real estate development projects

• Monitoring project costs and ensuring that they are within budget

• Assisting with the development of project proposals and business plans

• Ensuring that projects are completed in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
