Depot Technician Jobs

Minimum 2 years of management experience

Providing the Home Depot shopping experience for Customers (e.g., ensuring that

Customers are acknowledged, Customer project needs are met, complaints are resolved, service is quick and efficient, store is properly stocked)

Recruiting and placing Sales Associates with the appropriate skills for special order/installs (e.g., technical background, closing and follow-up skills)

Explaining the steps and products needed to complete projects and describing features and benefits of merchandise

Assisting customers with product knowledge in adjacent departments, special orders and installation services

1-2+ years of experience working in a sales driven environment.

Excellent reading, communication, math and customer service skills

Excellent decision making ability and problem solving skills

Proactively identify customers who need help or have a problem, by asking open ended questions

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Build positive relationships with team

Working with conveyor and roller belts, inside trailers, cargo containers and package vehicles

Adhere to all safety standards

Proper scan and load techniques

Ability to lift and/or carry up to 70 lbs.

Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Third party sales organizations that visit the stores on behalf of Schneider Electric to improve the entire customer experience.

Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint)

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

What qualifications will make you successful?

Computer skills a must, specific proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, and email.

Ability to communicate with a diverse workforce and interdepartmental relation skills.

3 – 5 years in a manufacturing environment with supervisory experience.

Ensure the receiving data is entered correctly.

Ensure the Depot is stocked with adequate quantities of inventory to meet sales projections.
