Deposit Administrator Jobs

Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities.

Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology – Good.

Knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business – Good.

May function as a problem-solving resource for more junior staff, referring non-routine issues to more senior team members and/or manager.

Provides accurate, consistent, knowledgeable responses to stakeholder questions and requests.

• Risk Management experience desired

• 2+ years experience in Deposit Compliance

• 2+ yearsof Banking Compliance experience

At the direction and with the assistance of the Business Unit Compliance Officers:

• Assist in completion of Regulatory Compliance Risk Assessments

• Assist with drafting of processes internal to the Business Unit Compliance Team.

Identify any issues with commission deposits and bring to management/team lead for solutions

Real Estate back-office and Broker Wolf experience strongly preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite

Review and approve/reject all incoming Canadian commission deposits

Ensure accuracy of daily posting of commission trust deposits

At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry, with preference in Treasury, Cash Management or Transaction Banking.

Good grasp of asset liability management and balance sheet hedging (Treasury / fixed income portfolio management experience is preferred)

Works with team members to establish goals, drive performance management, support career development and reward strong performance.

US Cash Management USCM) Business

Excellent knowledge of deposits liquidity value, rate beta quantification and funds transfer pricing of deposits

Fluent with deposits product offerings and competitive pricing in the target market
