Dedicated Client Care Specialist Jobs

Schedule appointments for various services using Jane, our clinic management software.

Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment which includes inventory management.

Proficiency in using computer software and clinic management systems (we use Apple/macOS devices)

Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism, empathy and efficiency.

Coordinate and manage the schedules of multiple practitioners to optimize appointment availability.

Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on clinic offerings and procedures.

Strong organizational skills and experience in a fast-paced client care/administrative role

Excellent computer skills - experience with CRMs, GSuite, E-sign is an asset

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations

Previous real estate administrative experience is required - must be very familiar with standard real estate forms

Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role

Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company’s Quality Management System

Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

This is a fully remote contract position and the successful candidate can be located anywhere in Canada

Liaise and advocate with insurance providers and provincial governments as necessary to determine coverage options

Keep detailed notes in the patient’s electronic chart

Assess clients' financial situations and provide guidance on debt management and budgeting

Providing technical guidance and managing timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies.

Experience supporting customers in one or more of the following: cloud operations (launch/capacity planning, product release management), technical support, escalation management.

Help customers understand the opportunities for cloud optimisation, rightsizing, automation and their cost saving abilities.

Strong experience in a customer-facing role, interfacing with stakeholders, driving customer technical cloud implementations or cloud transformation programs.
