Extensive skills in the use of SQL for query, reporting and analysis

Dashboard software development skills on leading dashboard software

Experience in collection, analysis, sorting, organizing, classifying, validating and uploading large quantities of engineering records

Act as expert in the management of people data within SuccessFactors, coordinating data entry by various areas of People & Culture.

Lead enterprise report development prioritization process and backlog management.

Lead business requirements definition process in collaboration with Business Units, Analytics Managers & IT.

Lead the development of enterprise reporting requirements to drive insights and inform decision making.

Lead business QA, approval process and sign-off ensuring business requirements are met.

Partner with third party data providers to understand and define data delivery requirements.

Lead the exploration and integration of new data sources enabling rapid benefit realization from the acquisition of new data.
