Customer service experience is an asset

Experience accepting various types of payment including cash

Must be able to work every second Saturday (7am-12pm)

Working at the front desk assisting customers with purchase orders

Educating customers on available product using sales techniques

Entering data into the computer system

Execute plans and contribute to Lean processes. Communicate to peers and senior management as needed.

Develop/update Knowledge Sharing Documents, standard operating procedures and other reports as assigned pertaining to the Customer Care Department.

3-5 years of relevant work experience

Must have Strong SAP (S4/Hana) knowledge and Service Cloud.

Superior EDI and technical skills.

Management of all queries or questions from Sales via Case Queue

License provisioning for self-managed products

Attention to detail is a critical skill required for this role

Experience of SFDC / CPQ or similar CRM essential

Reporting, Dashboarding and analytical skills very helpful (but can be developed on the job)

Sales Support for Quote creation and approvals in CPQ

Superior organizational and time management skills

College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience

Provide customers and sales team with delivery updates such as, order revision requirements and transit rescheduling

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving ability

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Create internal sales order within custom billing system
