Overview A Credit Associate is responsible for providing financial services to customers, including credit analysis, loan processing, and loan servicing. They are also responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring that all credit policies and procedures are followed. Detailed Job Description A Credit Associate is responsible for providing financial services to customers, including credit analysis, loan processing, and loan servicing. They must analyze customer credit reports, review loan applications, and make decisions regarding loan approval. They must also maintain customer relationships, answer customer inquiries, and ensure that all credit policies and procedures are followed. They must also monitor customer accounts for delinquency and take appropriate action when necessary. Skill Requirements• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of banking and finance regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a banking or finance environment
• Knowledge of banking and finance regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
