5+ years of demonstrated experience in project management and leadership in complex cross-functional teams and projects in a B2B context 

Identify the UX Team’s needs with regards to processes, design and research tools, documentation and asset management to optimize their impact 

Partner with product managers and their team leaders to identify opportunities to improve the design process and iterate on them 

Exceptional presentation and communication skills with both internal and external audiences

Experience in conducting UX research and/or managing ResearchOps successfully

Over 5 years' experience in team coordination or operations management in a creative team environment

Organize weekly management meetings with the Director and the Team Coordinator

College diploma in Management, Multimedia, Media or related field

Flexible to different management styles

8+ years of experience in a design-focused operations or program management role.

Experience bringing order to complex situations with various stakeholders who approach problems in different ways.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Experience operationalizing User Research, Content Strategy, and Design Systems.

Report to the VP of Design and be the first member of the Design Operations team.

Build processes and systems to ensure our Design org can scale effectively as it continues to grow year-over-year.

You have strong project and account management skills with agency experience

You have strong written and verbal communications skills

You have a strong working knowledge of all social media platforms, including: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter

Monitor day-to-day milestones, understanding client requirements, writing proposals and briefs, and managing workflows

You apply your knowledge of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across a number of diverse industries

You have experience with design, content development, and implementation of social strategies

3-5 years experience in a management or lead design role;

Manage work and timelines for each project in development to ensure they are completed on time.

Ability to work in hybrid model, 3 days in office, 2 days from home

Ability to lead and manage a team of designers working in digital, in-store & packaging design;

Digital expertise, including a strong understanding of web design principles and compositions – and current best-practice knowledge.

Knowledge of photo and video editing is a strong asset;
