Please Note – This is an unpaid co-op internship position which offers a biweekly honorarium.

Your duties and responsibilities will consist of the following:

Support the HR Consulting Team with a variety of HR initiatives

● Minimum 2+ years of proven and documented Sales Leadership/Management

● Manage daily, weekly and monthly sales cadence

● Effectively manage and orchestrate the closing of both strategic and transactional deals within sales cycle

● Ability to motivate a team of high performing & experienced sellers

● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

● The ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously

Evaluate and grade assessments to assess participants' knowledge and comprehension of food safety principles.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Prepare and organize training materials, presentations, and handouts for training sessions.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, training completion, and other relevant data for reporting purposes.

Proficiency in Excel and Word

Fluency in a second language is a plus

High technical skill using all main functions of learning management systems, particularly D2L Brightspace;

Minimum of five years of recent experience that relates directly to the topic being taught;

Experience teaching ethical decision-making, ethical leadership, business ethics and critical thinking at the post-secondary level;

Demonstrated skill and good judgment in selection of appropriate teaching materials;

Excellent research and critical thinking skills;

The demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines;

able to learn new knowledge and skills quickly and able to apply them in your daily duties

Education Course Consultant (Admission Advisor)

As Education Course Consultant (admission advisor), you will perform the following key duties:

4.Giving them orientation on how to prepare for a successful learning experience as an adult learner

You must meet the following qualifications:

at least 4 years of successful consultative sales experience

Familiarity with learning management systems, including Moodle, and experience building course content within these platforms.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.

Experience developing course content, materials, and assessments for online or in-person learning environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Passion for education and commitment to student success.

Experience tutoring SAT, PSAT, and/or SSAT test prep strategies

Test Prep Course Designer Key Responsibilities

Hosting live sessions, carrying out 1-to-1 Academic Tutoring sessions with students, engaging students on the program via email/chat, and more.

Strategizing ways to improve student engagement and success and then actively taking steps to implement.

Lecturing or hosting traditional "classes"

Success in this role will be measured by the percentage of students who score 1500+ on the SAT

Experience tutoring SAT, PSAT, and/or SSAT test prep strategies

Test Prep Course Designer Key Responsibilities

Hosting live sessions, carrying out 1-to-1 Academic Tutoring sessions with students, engaging students on the program via email/chat, and more.
