Manage project material requirements with Material Management and Vendor Management teams

3-4 years' experience of project management in the pharmaceutical field is an advantage

Knowledge of project management software and Bl tools

Work with PMO globally to implement and standardize project management system and Bl to plan,

Lead and train R&D personnel to use project management tools for the control and completion of R&D projects

BA/BSC in management, industrial engineer, chemistry, or any related field (MBA is an advantage)

Work with inventory management team to ensure accurate valuation and tracking of materials and finished goods.

Experience five to seven years in cost accounting in a production environment.

Experience with ERP software preferred but not required.

Ability to demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.

Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Conduct billing activities for all orders.This includes projects that span several months and require progress billing.

Project management experience - preferably in the aerospace sector;

Earned Value Management (EVM) experience;

project management experience - preferably in the aerospace sector;

Creates and manages Project Management Plans (Scope, Time, Cost, Risk Management, Stakeholder, Quality, Communication, HR, etc.) for various Engineering Projects;

Manages forecasts within Project Management and Financial tools to improve accuracy and reliability in support of budget, resource and workforce planning;

Utilizes Earned Value Management (EVM)techniques and reports on progress including variance mitigation;

Working location: Remote from anywhere in Canada

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

• Accountable in defining end to end solution and tracking for data integration projects

• Partner with various teams to lead and develop strategic solutions tailored to customer

Role includes program planning and deployment, budget management, P&L management, risk management, operations transformation, systems integration, and software development.

PMP certification desired, Scrum Master certification required

Creating and negotiating statements of work, program planning and milestone creation, financial reporting. Fluent in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Travel to project location/client site required
