·Support event planning and execution including vendor evaluation and management, speaker preparation and onsite event activities.
·Build event management processes in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
·Participate in the planning, coordinating, logistics and on-site event support for meetings, conferences and company events.
·Develop event concepts and ideas and prepare detailed plans including timelines, logistics and budget estimates.
·Act as a point of contact for events including phone calls, e-mails and general correspondence.
·Provide administrative support as needed.
