Experience across the M&A and investment lifecycle from deal origination to deal execution and documentation, to post-acquisition integration and management;
Strong and developed written / verbal presentation, communication, inter-personal and time and project management skills;
Music industry experience and/or knowledge considered an asset; and,
Assist and support financial reporting, performed primarily by Finance & Accounting, for acquired companies and assets.
