Contract Supervisor Jobs in Manitoba

At least 5+ years' experience as a designer in an agency environment

Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) as well as Premiere Pro or After Effects required

Working knowledge of lighting and ability to capture social video content a bonus

Portfolio that demonstrates social-first abilities and creative

Ideate & execute concepts for social media channels across multiple brandsfor campaign, paid media and organic

Pitch, present and champion the best ideas & concepts to senior team members

Engagement support: In-depth knowledge to support the client engagement management process, including tracking and reporting time & expenses as needed

Staffing: Responsible for leading staffing efforts to build high performing teams, including management of recruiting process

Financial management support: Pivotal role with the engagement teams to provide reports and manage the billing process

Client Relationship Management (CRM): Support EY’s CRM tool

Calendar management: Independently manage multiple calendars

Post secondary education and/or equivalent relevant experience

Supervise, coach, motivate, and performance manage drivers, in consultation with the Operations Manager and Human Resource Departments, always maintaining confidentiality

Recruit and train drivers as directed by the Operations Manager

Maintain attendance records and coordinate staffing schedules and follow up with Operations Manager

University Degree or College Diploma in Business or equivalent relevant experience

2+ years of experience in a multi-disciplinary environment with a scheduling component

Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
