Overview:
Contract Services Assistants are responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Contract Services Department. They are responsible for managing contracts, tracking and reporting on contract performance, and providing customer service to internal and external customers. They must be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and customer service skills. How To Become an Contract Services Assistant jobs ? To become a Contract Services Assistant, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications may include experience in customer service, contract management, and/or administrative support.
