Will support defects and enhancements through Incident, change and problem management

Experience: 8-12 years of relevant SAP SD/LE experience in IT industry.

Understand the business requirement, propose / design the solution, and prepare the Functional specification.

Work with Business and technical teams to come up with the best solution for the business.

Work with technical team to complete the delivery

Need to come up with innovative ideas which will provide value to the customer

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP system enhancements and changes.

Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your SAP expertise and promoting skill development.

At least 2 - 4 years of progressive experience in SAP configuration, implementation, and support.

In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or others.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward issue resolution.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of requirements/design methodology

Ability to present and speak to senior management and executives in operation and steering committees

Experience supporting a desk, project perspective working for development, writing requirements, and regulatory performance going on in the industry
