Maintains the service bays and dealership lot by ensuring that all are kept as clean as possible

Delivers and picks-up parts/shop supplies as needed

Any other duties required by supervisory staff

A valid driver’s license is an asset

Grade 12 or GED required

Previous experience in a similar role would be considered is an asset

Ride on back of garbage truck as it makes its Residential route

Pick up garbage, recycling, organics and throw into the back of the garbage truck

Must be capable to lifting items of 50 lbs on a regular basis

Must be able to perform duties involving repetitive tasks

Must have own transportation as bus route is not always available

Sustain and develop local partnerships and economy for responsible end of life waste management.

Ensure insurance requirements are met via our internal event approval process.

Manages and monitors clean-up program budget alongside Executive Director.

Develop educational resources about clean-ups, including posters, presentations, brochures, etc.

Diploma in a related discipline and two (2) years’ *directly related experience.

Organizational and communication skills, including writing skills.

Oversee daily activities of small crew and ensure tasks are completed in a timely and safe manner.

Operate commercial/municipal maintenance equipment to assist in the completion of site cleanup program (tractor, sweeper, scrubber, loader, vacuum, heavy truck).

Must have previous management/supervisory experience.

Must have successful completion of Grade 12 combined with previous experience in customer service and/or operations within a related industry.

Ability to function independently and under pressure and to manage various projects at the same time.

Advanced experience and proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

Knowledge of departmental Fair Polices and familiarity with Playland and the Fair is considered an asset.

Knowledge of the hazards and proper safety precautions for the clean-up of events.

Move, load, or unload materials

Assist in light construction if necessary

Management duties include overall responsibility for business development including marketing and human resource planning

2 years relevant experience in clinical site management

Experience in study activation and site management is an asset

Assist with the tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries and clinical data flow.

Demonstrated knowledge of global and local regulatory requirements

Must have Study Start up experience

Minimum of 2 years of related experience

Our Ideal Candidates Will Possess

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of the lumber manufacturing process would be an asset.

Preference may be given to those with OFA-Level 3 certification.

Must be available to work 1 – 2 (8 hour) weekend shifts (days, afternoons, or graveyard).

Candidates must be at least 16 years of age, and in good physical condition.

Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner; independently, or in a team environment.
