Minimum 3 years’ retail experience in a high volume, big box, fast-paced retail store

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment

Strong planning and organizational skills

Influence the results, including sales and profit

Determine your store’s product assortment through buying to the needs of the community

Be actively involved and connect with the store’s local community

•Exceptional time management, prioritization, attention to detail, analytical and problem- solving skills

•2+ years of prior Outside Sales experience in IT Hardware, Software, or Services

•Named Account relationships and knowledge of the SMB / Quebec + Atlantic market is a plus

•Strong Presentation / Reporting and Communication skills

•Expert knowledge of industry trends, competition, customer buying patterns and sales /marketing techniques

•Strong knowledge of Commercial Distribution, the DMR Channel and End Customers
