Computer Graphics Design Technician Jobs in Quebec

Experience with cryogenic environments and materials (eg copper) & knowledge of microwave radiation shielding and magnetic shielding is an asset

BSc or MSc or equivalent industry experience (2+ years) in a relevant field including:

Strong computer-aided design (CAD) experience in either Solidworks, Autodesk Inventor or any other advanced CAD software

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and development partners

Carry out computer-aided design (CAD) of the physical hardware required to properly thermalize and mechanically support quantum processors and associated devices.

Communicate between microwave engineering and cryogenics experts on the Quantum Hardware team.

Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints.

3-5 years overall experience working in design in kitchen appliances or related industry

Bachelor's degree in product design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools Strong conceptualization and visualization skills, including sketching and 3D modeling.

Extensive knowledge of design principles, manufacturing processes, and materials.

Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Document and share your research prototype programming knowledge + recommend our best practices.

Proficiency in C/C++/Python/Java & advanced mathematical and analytical capabilities

Knowledge of GPU architectures and APIs is an asset

Experience in a field related to computer graphics is an asset

Hands-on experience in physically based rendering is an asset

Hands-on experience in physics simulation and animation is an asset
