Compliance Project Manager Jobs

Monitors and advises on management of risk requirements within the defined risk appetite.

Program management skills - In-depth.

Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.

Manages/supports large/complex risk programs/frameworks /projects/initiatives to ensure risks are appropriately mitigated and regulations adhered to.

Facilitates training to ensure business unit employees fully understand requirements.

Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

*Recent experience in project management of **Real Property projects.

*Recent experience in the planning and design of **Real Property projects.

*Recent experience in reviewing plans and specifications for **Real Property projects prepared by consulting architects and engineers.

Experience in providing advice to clients

Experience in preparing scope of work, developing work plans, and prioritizing projects.

Validated project management experience is required

Strong project and risk-management skills

Deliver on role responsibilities by developing a thorough understanding of the needs, flows and logistic requirements of the new site.

Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus, working knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean principles is required

Provide knowledge and expertise to the Umicore Centre of Excellence Transportation (transportation and external warehousing)

5+ years of substantial and direct-functional experience in logistics

10+ years of project / program management experience, including:

Ensuring effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project

Privacy and Compliance experience within Financial Institutions an asset

Defining, documenting and completing complex, high impact projects with a great number of interdependencies

Articulating clear plans with milestones; holding people accountable to action plans

Proactively identifying, assessing, and managing risks that impede successful project delivery

Designing and managing knowledge management repositories within the OEC team

Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, IT or equivalent work experience

Exposure to compliance roles such as audit, risk management and anti-bribery and corruption law compliance is preferred

Full proficiency with the English language is required; secondary language skills are a nice-to-have

Strong communication skills (both written and presentation)

Demonstrated ability to manage senior leadership and stakeholders in dynamic environments
