Compensation And Benefits Manager Jobs

Manage employee benefit plans including review of plans for competitiveness, compliance with legislative requirements and cost-effectiveness

Manage operations of the department in the design, development, implementation and administration of pension and benefit plans

Act as Board representative on joint union/management committees;

Proven supervisory experience with leadership and mentoring skills

Specialized training and experience in designing and implementing benefit plans, pension plans, LTDI programs, job evaluation programs and pay equity plans

Detailed knowledge of current pension, benefit and compensation trends;

Providing leadership, guidance, coaching, performance management, and resource planning for the Compensation & Benefits team.

Minimum of 3 years management experience

Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated research, planning and project management skills

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in compensation, benefits and pension administration

Demonstrated ability in project management and successful implementation of change
