Experience in Web-based content management

Management of the PHRI Corporate Identity materials.

Proven experience in communications and knowledge translation, preferably within a science/research based industry

Coordinate and manage with design and print agencies in production of publications and print collateral.

Establish standards and resource libraries for the various requirements.

Excellent synthesis and writing skills, strong editing skills

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Oversees the management of the CNPS website and strategizes ways to streamline page structure, layout etc.

Edits and revises other written communications, including publications, webinar content, and educational content.

Three to five years of related experience writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.

Experience within the health-care or non-profit sector considered an asset.

Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills.

4 years of progressive experience in a communications role.

Strong editing and proofreading skills.

Working knowledge of data analytics.

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and other communications software with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.

Leads PCL’s portfolio of internal and external communication activities, products, and initiatives.

Writes clear, concise business communications that are tailored to the right audience and recommends communications mediums.

Strong knowledge of media relations principles and experience working with media especially with crisis or emergency management

Knowledge of AODA requirements in relation to communications

Demonstrated experience with consultative and advisory skills
