Enregistrer les factures clients dans notre système comptable.

Gérer les encaissements et décaissements de manière rigoureuse.

Comptabiliser les réceptions de marchandises provenant de notre entrepôt.

Envoyer les factures aux clients en temps voulu.

Répondre aux demandes de la clientèle interne et externe avec courtoisie et professionnalisme.

Apporter un soutien dans le suivi régulier du recouvrement des comptes clients.

Utiliser un système de point de vente informatique.

Placer la marchandise dans les présentoirs.

Assurer le contrôle des stocks et le marchandisage.

Maintenir un degré de connaissance élevé quant aux produits postaux, aux services et à la livraison.

Traiter les transactions financières (argent comptant, chèques, paiements par débit et par carte de crédit).

Recevoir, trier et classer de manière séquentielle des envois, et créer des lots.

Prior experience and knowledge in coordinating food distribution.

Ability to apply food preparation knowledge with attention to food safety requirements, safe work practices, and Health Regulations.

Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing staff.

Good interpersonal and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize work and meet established deadlines under pressure.

The incumbent is normally required to work rotating shift, including statutory holidays and weekends.

Other suitable combinations of education and experience may be considered

Demonstrated competency in cash management

Grade 12 Education or equivalent

Knowledge of therapeutic and modified food textures

Knowledge of sanitary food handling principles and procedures

Knowledge of operations of a kitchen, how to organize and cook food for patients/residents in a health care setting

Graduation from a recognized 12 month program in cooking or an equivalent combination or education, training and experience.

Food Safe Certificate Level 1.

2-3+ years experience in a similar position OR

A journeyman or working toward Red Seal certification

Culinary educational background an asset

High level of interest with food and have a keen interest in the culinary arts

Schedule: Flexible schedule is essential. Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
