Oversees the management of relationships of his/her team with brokers and ensures service excellence in broker interactions.

Manages execution of the broker relationship management strategy for his/her team.

Post-secondary education and/or equivalent on the job experience in a pertinent domain

Manage a team of underwriters and underwriting technicians in Small Business Underwriting Operations

Manages the day-to-day underwriting operations for his/her team of underwriters and technicians.

Provides direction to the support staff regarding data entry in various underwriting and rating systems.

Territory Management: Effectively managing efficient in-field Customer call-coverage

Strong selling and merchandising skills

Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills

Flexibility regarding remote work, include potential overnight stays occasionally

Selling the benefits of display to Retailers and leveraging insights to convert shoppers to our brands

Work with Finance teams to develop Rolling Forecasts.

What qualifications will make you successful?

Work with the Transactional and Projects Forecast Leaders to consolidate the Country forecast.

Work with North American (NAM) forecasting teams analyze the demand forecast.

Provide Gap analysis for both orders and sales.

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of work and experience

2+ years of people leadership experience

Strong track record of sales experience in a quota-driven sales capacity, preferably in technology sales

Understanding of MEDDPIC selling skills is preferred, but not required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Direct the efforts of sales makers in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group

Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus

Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align IS initiatives with organizational goals

Generate statistics and write reports for management and/or team members on the status of the programming process.

Assess and mitigate risks, implement appropriate security measures, and adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements

Research, identify, analyze, and fulfill requirements of all internal and external program users.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within Information Systems

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Medical Device, Diagnostics/Diagnostic Imaging, and Radiation Oncology is a MUST.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in Commercial Sales; Capital Equipment Sales; and/or Sales Strategy functions.
