Strong communication and presentation skills

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Actively champion and promote the exhibit and other Science North programs

Assist with community focused marketing initiatives such as distribuiting posters, taking photos and videos, and supporting photo shoots

Experience in program management, preferably in a not-for-profit context.

Knowledge of best practices for cohort management.

Manage a cohort of 1200 participants in the Flip The Script (FTS) program (600 members per cohort).

Ensure that cohort members are meeting program requirements and goals.

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or education.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
